Role Overview
Manager, Technology Account Manager, Kuwait at Mastercard. The role is based in Kuwait and reports to the Technology Account Management team.

Role Purpose
Act as a project manager and key end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects. Support the product delivery process and contribute to the delivery of integrated solutions that address customer needs across the market or region.
Key Responsibilities
Project and Delivery Management
- Act as project manager and key end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects
- Support the product delivery process by developing delivery process maps
- Complete assigned tasks for the delivery process
- Contribute to the delivery of integrated solutions that address customer needs
- Analyze data from product delivery projects and report on performance relative to success metrics
Stakeholder and Partner Support
- Support Customer Delivery teams, internal partners and key stakeholders to provide support in a market or region
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners in other business functions in Product and Technology to complete deliver and customer support tasks
Customer and Problem-Solving
- Help identify customer needs and contribute to the delivery of integrated solutions that address those needs
- Research and deliver solutions for complex problems
- Respond to inquiries on products and tools for internal and customer use
Information Security
- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
Qualifications & Experience
- Moderate professional experience in financial services, cards, payments or another related field
- Understanding of Mastercard's product delivery process
- Experience working at Mastercard facilities and on customer business locations
- Currently lives in Kuwait
