Role Overview

Manager – Public Realm & Landscape at JASARA PMC. This position is based in the Middle East region and carries the reference code 447-10.

Role Purpose

Design and implement vibrant public spaces and landscapes that enhance the urban environment. Assess existing spaces, conduct site analyses, and develop design concepts that reflect community needs while ensuring environmental sustainability. Coordinate landscape architecture and public space design projects from conception through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

• Assess existing public spaces and conduct site analyses to inform design direction.
• Develop design concepts that reflect community needs and environmental sustainability requirements.
• Create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable public realm solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between design teams and project partners.

Project Management & Coordination

• Lead project management activities for landscape architecture and public space design initiatives.
• Coordinate all phases of public realm and landscape projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design or public realm projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in public space and landscape design.
• Experience working on projects within the Middle East is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of landscape materials and planting design.
• Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
