Role Purpose
Drive growth and engagement of the Tistahal app among UAE nationals by developing and executing partnership strategies, managing merchant relationships, and implementing targeted campaigns that increase user adoption, activation, and redemption.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Management
- Source, propose, and onboard strategic partners that enhance the Tistahal value proposition across lifestyle, dining, wellness, financial, and other relevant customer segments.
- Build ROI-backed business cases, merchant proposals, presentations, and integrated marketing plans to support partnership approvals and successful execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, maintaining productive relationships and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth partnership launches.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
App Growth & User Engagement
- Drive Tistahal app downloads, user registrations, activations, offer redemptions, and engagement through targeted campaigns, sales enablement, and merchant collaborations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, push notifications, electronic direct mail (EDMs), redemption campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to increase app usage and visibility.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor app performance, customer behaviour, campaign results, and market benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, annual event calendars, and performance reviews to support leadership updates, sponsorship opportunities, and future collaboration plans.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferable.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and reporting experience.
- Solid understanding of retail banking segments, customer behavior, and cross-sell planning.
- Good knowledge of consumer banking dynamics, marketing strategy, campaign planning, and partnership management.
