Role Overview

Manager, Operation at Al-Ayuni Investment & Contracting. This role oversees equipment operations across project sites, managing teams, resources, and compliance to support construction activities.

Role Purpose

To supervise daily equipment operations across project sites, lead operational teams, optimize resource allocation and productivity, manage costs, and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards while maintaining accurate operational records and coordinating with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Equipment Management

• Supervise and control daily equipment operations across project sites to ensure timely and effective support to construction activities.
• Monitor and manage equipment deployment, availability, and productivity.
• Ensure proper allocation and efficient utilization of resources.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, performance, and issues.

Team Leadership & Performance

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of staff under equipment operations.
• Ensure compliance with operational goals and KPIs.

Maintenance & Asset Care

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule inspections, servicing, and repairs.
• Reduce equipment downtime.

Cost Management

• Control operational costs related to equipment use, fuel, labor, and repairs.
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Compliance & Safety

• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations related to equipment operations and movement.

Reporting & Coordination

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, planning, and procurement departments to ensure alignment of equipment needs with project timelines.
