Role Overview

Maintenance Machine Operator at Aofgroup. The position is based on-site in a manufacturing facility where you will operate and maintain machinery used in the manufacturing process to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Role Purpose

Monitor machine performance, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the setup of machinery for production runs.

Maintenance & Inspections

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functioning.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.

Issue Resolution & Reporting

• Report any malfunctions, breakdowns, or defects to supervisors promptly.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Workplace Standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

Development

• Participate in training and development activities to enhance operational skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
