Role Overview
Maintenance Crew position at wasl, part of Viya, the UAE's leading golf and hospitality management group. Reports to the Senior Assistant Golf Course Superintendent within the Golf Course Maintenance department.

Role Purpose
Ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment and maintain all turf and landscape areas in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation & Maintenance
- Operate assigned equipment as directed by supervisor.
- Submit assigned equipment to scheduled maintenance.
- Report abnormalities noticed in equipment for repairs.
- Perform routine cleaning on units including washing after use, refueling, and degreasing when necessary.
Ancillary Duties
- Participate in various extra activities contributing towards individual and organizational growth in line with the Club's strive for continuous improvement.
- Represent the department or group in various committees, including the Staff Committee, Green Theme (environmental), Food Committee, and Sport Committee.
- Participate in project work as assigned.
- Undertake training as a Fire Marshall or First Aider as requested.

- Demonstrate awareness of Dubai Golf Mission, Vision and Values.
- Apply the 4 Service Steps throughout serving internal and external customers.
IT Security & Compliance
- Read, understand, and comply with all applicable Information Security Policies and Procedures of wasl DG.
- Cooperate, coordinate, and share information with Internal and External Audit teams as appropriate and applicable.
- Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the wasl IT Department.
- Immediately report all Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, and incidents (actual or suspected) to the IT Service Desk.

Qualifications & Experience
- 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar position.
