Luxury Tech Consultant (Dyson Boutique - Red Sea Mall)

Role Overview

Luxury Tech Consultant at Chalhoub Group, Dyson Boutique, Red Sea Mall. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, applying appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets, and maintaining high standards of counter operations and personal grooming.

Role Purpose

To deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance by leveraging product knowledge, demonstrating brand benefits, and maintaining operational standards including merchandising, stock management, and counter cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to build strong loyalty.
• Address customer queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services.
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customer expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales while achieving line and sales targets using product knowledge.

Sales Tracking & Reporting

• Track sell-out targets at store level.
• Generate daily sales reports.
• Track post-launch sales at store level.
• Participate in achieving incentives.

Operations & Merchandising

• Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per brand guidelines.
• Ensure in-store stock replenishment on appropriate shelves and counters at appropriate times.
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form.
• Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures.
• Maintain counter cleanliness and handle new product launches.
• Promote products and maintain high levels of grooming standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, preferably in Luxury Technology.

Skills & Competencies

• Intermediate to Advanced English language proficiency.
• Product knowledge and sales techniques.
