Logistics Executive at Sucafina, operating within the Fresh Start and Sole Loop business group in Salalah, Oman.

Company Overview

Fresh Start is the largest footwear reuse and recycling operation in the world, processing over 100,000 pairs of shoes per day across multiple international markets. The business operates across four distinct areas: B2B wholesale and partner supply, repair and recycling, stocklot trading, and e-commerce.

Sole Loop operates in Salalah, Oman, within the same business group, focusing on the refurbishment, processing, trading and wholesaling of second-hand footwear, clothing and related stock-lots. Through its operations in Oman, Sole Loop strengthens the group's presence and capabilities in the global circular fashion and second-hand goods industry.

Role Purpose

To manage the movement of goods across international borders and within the warehouse, coordinating shipments, customs procedures, and logistics operations to ensure timely and compliant delivery of inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Customs & Trade Compliance

• Handle customs documentation and coordinate customs clearance.
• Maintain proper logistics and shipment records.

Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate import and export shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders and transporters.
• Manage and arrange cross-trade shipments between different countries.
• Monitor shipment schedules, documentation and delivery status.

Warehouse & Operations

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch and movement of goods.

Issue Resolution

• Resolve shipment and documentation issues and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant logistics or shipping experience.
• Strong knowledge of import, export and customs procedures.
• Experience in cross-trade shipping is preferred.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Good command of English; Arabic is preferred.
• Knowledge of Oman customs procedures is an advantage.
