Role Purpose

To provide well-presented and efficient locker room services and amenities to members and guests who use golf and recreation facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Locker Room Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times, adhering to company dress standards.
• Ensure the locker room is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure all floors and shower cubicles are regularly washed and dried.
• Ensure all sink top areas are always tidy and neatly presented for use.
• Ensure all soap and shampoo dispensers are full and in good working order.

Amenities & Supplies

• Ensure a sufficient supply of toiletries are always available for use.
• Submit requisitions from Stores ahead of when any replacement is necessary.
• Ensure towel stock is returned from the laundry in time to ensure there is never a shortage of towels available.
• Collect all used towels immediately after use.

Equipment & Technology

• Ensure the sauna and/or steam room are switched on and off at the appropriate time.
• Report any problems with sauna or steam room equipment immediately to the Engineering Department.
• Ensure that the digital locker allocation iPad is always fully charged and on display.

Member & Guest Services

• Provide a shoe cleaning service by asking players if they require their shoes cleaned.
• Be fully aware of the Club's lost and found procedures and encourage all members and guests to keep all valuables in lockers.
• Liaise with the Membership Manager regarding member locker usage and payments.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure any rules and regulations applying to the locker room are followed, including who is permitted to use the facilities and the importance of discretion whilst changing.
• Apply the 4 Service Steps when serving internal and external customers in line with Dubai Golf Mission, Vision and Values.
• Be trained as a Fire Marshall or First Aider as required.

Organizational Contribution

• Participate in various extra activities contributing towards individual and organizational growth in line with the Club's continuous improvement efforts.
• Represent the department or group in various committees, including Staff Committee, Green Theme (environmental), Food Committee, or Sport Committee.

Information Security

• Read, understand, and comply with all applicable Information Security Policies and Procedures of wasl DG.
• Cooperate, coordinate, and share information with Internal/External Audit teams as appropriate and applicable.
• Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the wasl IT Department.
• Immediately report all Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, and incidents (actual or suspected) to the IT Service Desk.

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade VIII and above.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Team player with the ability to interact with guests from different countries and cultures.
• Possess the desire to provide a high level of customer service.
