Qualifications & Experience

• High School Certificate
• UAE License for Light Duty vehicles (must have)
• 2 years' experience driving on UAE roads

Skills & Competencies

Communication & Professionalism

• Demonstrate good communication skills
• Deal with external and internal customers in a polite and professional manner

Safety & Compliance

• Observe and comply with UAE traffic rules with respect to vehicle fleet size
• Report health and safety hazards to immediate head

Operations & Route Management

• Find alternate routes and use prudent judgment in following logical sequences to reduce time, improve efficiency, and fuel consumption
• Maintain accurate daily trip sheets and provide necessary data to the Operations Assistant

Vehicle & Load Management

• Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly to avoid potential accidents with shifting loads making the vehicle unbalanced
• Maintain hygiene in the vehicle by removing dirt and soil on a regular basis depending on usage, thus ensuring a well-maintained fleet and minimizing the likelihood of contamination to the linen
• Assist in conducting drive tests on new vehicles

Customer Service

• Pick up and return processed items and linens to various customers as per schedule and ad hoc requests, ensuring satisfied customers
