Role Purpose
To launch, build, and grow Stranger Soccer in Riyadh by establishing local operations, assembling a team, securing venues, driving player acquisition, and delivering an exceptional player experience while working closely with Singapore headquarters and supported operations and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Growth
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Riyadh
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts
- Take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally
Operations
- Secure suitable football venues
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
Business Development & Marketing
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams
Qualifications & Experience
- A passion for football and involvement in the local football community
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business
Skills & Competencies
- Strong drive, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude
- Ability to take ownership and operate independently
