Role Purpose
To launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Kuwait City by building a local operation, acquiring players, securing venues, and delivering an exceptional community experience that aligns with the company's mission to make football as accessible as going for a jog.
Key Responsibilities
Launch & Growth
- Launch Stranger Soccer in Kuwait City.
- Build and grow the player community through marketing and customer acquisition.
- Take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
Operations & Venue Management
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Work closely with Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business.
