Key Responsibilities
Business Launch & Growth
- Launch Stranger Soccer in Kuwait City from the ground up.
- Build and grow the local player community through marketing and customer acquisition.
- Take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
Operations & Management
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Secure suitable football venues.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Singapore headquarters, supported by operations and technology teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
- Proven track record or demonstrated ability in business building or entrepreneurial ventures.
Skills & Competencies
