Key Responsibilities

Launch and Growth

• Launch Stranger Soccer in Bahrain.
• Grow the Stranger Soccer brand and player community locally.
• Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.

Operations and Venues

• Secure suitable football venues.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.

Commercial and Community

• Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
• Work closely with Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
• Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business.
• Strong drive, resilience, and results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
