Legal Specialist (Qatarization)

Role Overview

Legal Specialist (Qatarization) at Elate, supporting Vodafone Qatar.

Role Purpose

Review, manage, and ensure compliance for all contracts and leases. Draft, review, and negotiate procedures and policies on legal and compliance matters in coordination with the Head of Legal or Legal Director. Provide commercially aware legal advice to the business, highlight legal risks, and facilitate outcomes aligned with the company's strategic and operational objectives. Safeguard the company's interests by advising on contract matters from drafting through commercial risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

Contract & Lease Management

• Review all contracts and leases for Vodafone Qatar.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Advise on contract-related matters from drafting to commercial risk limitations.

Compliance & Policy

• Manage compliance across legal and contractual obligations.
• Draft and review procedures and policies on legal and compliance matters.

Legal Advisory

• Provide commercially aware legal advice to the business.
• Highlight legal risks to stakeholders.
• Support business strategic and operational objectives through legal counsel.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with the Head of Legal or Legal Director on all matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Law degree.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a Legal Department.
• Qatari National with Qatari Mother.
