Lead Project Engineer

Role Overview

Lead Project Engineer at Sucafina. This role leads end-to-end project engineering for complex programs, ensuring technical delivery, schedule adherence, risk management, and cross-functional alignment from planning through commissioning.

Role Purpose

Own technical scope and engineering deliverables while coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring quality to deliver projects on-time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Deliver projects on-time and within budget.
• Own technical scope and engineering deliverables.
• Ensure quality via reviews, testing, and commissioning.

Risk Management

• Reduce project risks through proactive mitigation.
• Conduct risk management and mitigation planning.
• Execute risk-aware planning and execution.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate stakeholders to unblock engineering execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communication.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiation.

Technical Execution

• Manage requirements, design review, and technical documentation.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and quality assurance.
• Execute systems integration activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years engineering project leadership experience.
• Proven delivery of complex projects from design to commissioning.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards and processes.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Skills & Competencies

• Project engineering and systems integration.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, AutoCAD/Revit (as applicable).
