Lead Process Improvement Engineer

Role Overview

Lead Process Improvement Engineer at Burjline Builders, based in Qatar. This role drives operational excellence, continuous improvement and service performance across complex Facilities Management operations.

Role Purpose

To identify and execute process improvement initiatives across FM operations, optimizing workflows, strengthening SLA and KPI performance, and supporting operational teams in achieving service excellence and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Optimization

• Lead process improvement initiatives across FM operations.
• Review existing workflows and identify efficiency and performance gaps.
• Develop and standardize processes, procedures and best practices.
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.

Analysis & Problem-Solving

• Analyze SLAs, KPIs and operational performance data.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective and improvement actions.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to performance challenges.

Implementation & Tracking

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and track improvement initiatives.
• Support operational audits and performance reviews.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Strong experience in process improvement, operational excellence or continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• Experience within Facilities Management, O&M, engineering or a similar operational environment is highly preferred.
• GCC or Qatar experience would be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of RCA, process mapping, KPI and SLA analysis and performance improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
