Role Overview

Lead Engineer position with JASARA PMC for Construction Supervision across Saudi Arabia. The role leads discipline-specific supervision activities in architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, and utilities engineering, ensuring contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.

Jasara is a key delivery partner supporting Saudi Arabia's most ambitious development programs. The company supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments. Jasara is engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

To lead discipline-specific supervision activities and provide technical leadership to the supervision team, ensuring that the Contractor's works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and coordinate the discipline supervision team.

Technical Review

• Review Contractor's drawings, technical submittals, method statements, RFIs, and material submissions.
• Supervise and verify Contractor's works for compliance with approved documents and specifications.
• Review and support resolution of technical queries and site issues.

Coordination

• Coordinate discipline interfaces with other engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Provide technical input to progress meetings and project reports.

Monitoring & Inspection

• Monitor construction progress and identify technical issues, risks, and deviations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper close-out of observations and NCRs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Lead Engineer, Senior Lead Engineer, or equivalent role.
• Professional engineering registration or accreditation where applicable.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, specifications, and construction practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
