Role Purpose
To navigate large-scale infrastructure environments with confident stakeholder engagement and clear understanding of how contract strategy supports successful project delivery. The role requires rigorous contract administration and informed commercial judgment across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration
- Review contract terms, variations, claims, and compliance under FIDIC frameworks.
- Administer contracts across the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with project management teams on contract administration matters.
- Interface with clients on contractual issues and related commercial discussions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
- 20+ years of experience in contract engineering or contract administration.
- 5+ years of experience in the Middle East.
- Strong background in contract administration with project management exposure.
- Experience administering contracts under FIDIC frameworks.
- Experience interfacing with clients on contract-related matters.
- Experience administering contracts in the SAR 5 billion+ range is a plus.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
