Role Purpose

Process and maintain guest and staff laundry and dry-cleaning items to the highest quality standards while operating equipment safely and ensuring accurate handling and presentation of all garments.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Equipment

• Operate laundry and dry-cleaning equipment safely, including washers, dryers, press machines, and steamers.
• Process guest and staff laundry and dry-cleaning items according to established procedures and quality standards.

Quality & Garment Care

• Inspect garments for stains, damages, and special care needs before cleaning.
• Treat stains appropriately using correct chemicals and techniques.
• Finish garments by pressing, steaming, folding, or hanging to ensure high-quality presentation.

Organization & Accuracy

• Handle and label all items accurately to prevent mix-ups.
• Report any lost-and-found items according to procedures.

Maintenance & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Report any equipment issues promptly.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, departmental policies, and Four Seasons standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in dry cleaning.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in guest interaction.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Must have full flexibility in schedule.
• Able to work on weekends, holidays, and daytime.
