Laser Specialist (Soprano experience)

Role Overview

Laser Specialist position with MIRA Construction in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses strictly on technical laser operations and treatments using the Soprano laser system, rather than broader aesthetic or skin-care profiles.

Role Purpose

Administer safe, precise, and effective hair removal and laser treatments using the Soprano apparatus while managing the end-to-end client treatment process, from initial assessment through post-care advice, while maintaining strict adherence to Dubai Health Authority guidelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Delivery

• Perform laser hair removal and other specialized laser treatments using the Soprano laser apparatus.
• Conduct initial consultations to evaluate client skin type, medical history, and suitability for treatment.
• Calibrate and set laser parameters accurately based on individual client profiles and safety protocols.
• Explain the treatment process, manage client expectations, and provide comprehensive pre- and post-care instructions.

Documentation & Safety

• Maintain detailed, accurate logs of client treatments, settings used, and progress.
• Ensure the laser equipment is properly maintained, sanitized, and operating safely before every session.
• Adhere strictly to UAE healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic sanitation policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Laser Specialist Certificate is mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience operating the Soprano laser apparatus.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience working specifically as a Laser Specialist within Dubai/UAE.
• Deep understanding of skin types (Fitzpatrick scale), laser physics, and safety protocols.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and comfort with clients.
• Excellent command of English (additional languages are an asset).
