Role Overview

Land Surveyor Assistant at MIRA Construction L.L.C, supporting the surveying team on construction sites.

Role Purpose

Assist in conducting land measurements, preparing survey data, and maintaining surveying equipment to ensure accurate and timely project progress.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations

• Assist land surveyors with measurement and data collection on construction sites.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments and equipment.

Data & Documentation

• Record and prepare survey data, sketches, and reports.
• Support in the preparation of topographic maps and construction layout plans.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all survey measurements comply with project specifications and regulatory standards.

Collaboration & Maintenance

• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to provide accurate survey information.
• Maintain equipment inventory and report any malfunctions or required repairs.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Diploma in surveying or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience or internship in land surveying preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of surveying principles and equipment.

Skills & Competencies

• Familiarity with survey software and tools, including AutoCAD and GPS devices, is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
