Role Overview

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking Front of House professionals for La Maison Ani, an elegant French-inspired dining concept with locations at Dubai Mall and the newly opening Mall of the Emirates venue in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional front-of-house service in a high-end French-inspired dining environment across two premium Dubai locations, supporting both established operations and pre-opening activities.
