Role Purpose

You ensure that coaching clients receive professional support from their first day through successful completion. You work with clear processes, document reliably, and maintain seamless communication with customers while making decisions with confidence in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding

• Lead new customers step-by-step through company systems and ensure all processes are followed.

Approvals & Administration

• Review whether all prerequisites are met and release structured workflows.

Customer Consultation

• Answer inquiries clearly, professionally, and solution-oriented via phone and in writing.

Support & Customer Care

• Serve as the reliable point of contact for customers and ensure secure communication.

Live Calls

• Facilitate group calls with clearly defined content and ensure clean workflows and preparation.

Skills & Competencies

• German language proficiency.
• Phone and written communication skills.
• Customer service and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to work with structured processes and clear guidelines.
