Role Overview

Kundenberater/-in (m/w/d) – Vollzeit at NWM Consulting FMR LLC, based in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Ensure professional and comprehensive care of coaching clients from initial onboarding through successful completion. Serve as the central point of contact for clients, maintaining clear processes, reliable documentation, and seamless communication throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Administration

• Lead new customer onboarding by introducing clients step-by-step into company systems.
• Ensure all processes and prerequisites are adhered to during setup.
• Review whether all conditions are fulfilled and approve structured workflows.
• Maintain clean, documented processes and clear accountability.

Customer Support & Communication

• Deliver clear, professional, and solution-oriented responses to customer inquiries via phone and written communication.
• Serve as the reliable point of contact for customers.
• Ensure secure and consistent communication with all clients.

Group Facilitation & Delivery

• Facilitate group calls with clearly defined content and agendas.
• Ensure clean execution and thorough preparation of all live-calls.

Skills & Competencies

• Professional communication in German and English (German speaking required).
