Kids Club Attendant at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, a luxury beach and resort destination in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Role Purpose
Ensure the smooth running of Kids Club service on a daily basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction, while maintaining the authenticity of the service and prioritizing children's safety, health, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Delivery
- Ensure smooth running of the Kids Club service on a day-to-day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the authenticity of the Kids Club service.
- Provide an efficient, friendly, and attentive service to ensure guest and children expectations are met or exceeded.
- Be punctual, efficient, and courteous at all times with guests, children, and fellow employees.
Program & Activity Management
- Direct the daily and weekly Kids Program.
- Promote children's activities.
- Keep children engaged through fun and educational activities.
- Provide information about facilities, children's activity options, and rules and regulations.
- Record details of attendance.
Safety & Supervision
- Monitor children's activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures.
- Arrange for the removal of unruly patrons if necessary.
- Explain safety devices to children and provide directions for fastening devices.
- Maintain responsibility and attentiveness to children's safety and well-being.
Equipment & Facilities
- Inspect equipment to detect wear and damage and perform adjustments.
- Clean children's equipment, vehicles, facilities, or grounds.
- Check and collect supplies from the stores according to resort procedure.
Guest Relations & Problem Resolution
- Have complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the resort.
- Handle customer complaints if possible, or report to supervisors.
- Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
Professional Development & Continuous Improvement
- Attend meetings, training, and babysitting sessions as required by supervisors.
- Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the resort.
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
Personal Standards
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of child safety, health, and hygiene practices.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
