Role Purpose
To provide efficient, professional, and courteous service at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club while prioritizing child safety, creating fun and educational activities, and maintaining operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Hospitality
- Ensure guest needs and expectations are met by providing efficient and professional service.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service consistently at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club.
- Identify return children, guests, and VIPs.
- Exceed guest needs through creative problem-solving and never say "No" to guest requests.
- Maintain consistent service delivery across all guest interactions.
- Keep Recreation Supervisor informed and updated on guest feedback and concerns.
Safety & Compliance
- Prioritize child safety as a top priority by following proper safety guidelines and enforcing correct childcare standards.
- Take responsibility for zero accidents in the Tuk Tuk Kids Club, Chill Teens Club, and Resort in general.
- Never compromise on safety protocols or procedures.
Activity Programming & Operations
- Create creative, fun-filled, and educational activities at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club.
- Conceptualize and organize festivities and special events for children.
- Constantly seek ways to improve operational procedures with Recreation Supervisor.
- Give immediate feedback of operations and concerns to Recreation Supervisor.
Equipment & Maintenance
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment in the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club.
- Verify all equipment is functional and complete.
- Report malfunctions or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area timely and follow up for completion.
Supply & Cost Management
- Monitor operational supplies and maintain appropriate par stock in the department.
- Monitor departmental cost and take responsibility for profitability of the department.
General Duties
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Recreation Supervisor and/or Recreation Management team.
