Role Purpose

Create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children while delivering engaging activities and personalized service. Ensure the Kids Club is clean, well-organized, and operated in line with resort standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Supervision

• Welcome children and families warmly and provide personalized service.
• Follow registration, sign-in and sign-out, and child supervision procedures.
• Supervise children and ensure their safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times.
• Communicate with parents and respond to children's needs and guest requests with care and professionalism.

Activities & Programming

• Plan and organize fun, engaging, and age-appropriate games, crafts, educational, and recreational activities.
• Support revenue-generating Kids Club activities and resort programs where applicable.

Operations & Maintenance

• Clean, sanitize, and properly store toys, equipment, and activity materials after use.
• Follow all resort SOPs, safety procedures, and brand standards.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and other forms of payment in accordance with resort procedures.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
• Relevant qualifications or training in childcare, teaching, recreation, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and first aid preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, patient, and energetic, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with children and parents.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
