Role Purpose

Create high-quality visual designs for social media, branding, presentations, and marketing materials while supporting the creative team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation

• Create high-quality designs for social media, branding, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist the creative team with daily design tasks and campaign visuals.
• Support the team with creative ideas and design solutions.

Project Management

• Work on multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Design Refinement

• Adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.

Skills & Competencies

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colors, and composition.

Required Soft Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of branding and visual identity.
• Familiarity with Canva.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Keynote.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the team.
