JR COST CONTROL ENGINEER

Role Overview

Junior Cost Control Engineer with NMDC Group.

Role Purpose

Develop core technical knowledge and operational capability in cost control engineering through structured learning, hands-on project support, and progressive assignment complexity while maintaining compliance with company standards and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge Development

• Ensure understanding of departmental systems, procedures, and operational standards in order to develop core technical knowledge.
• Attend technical training programs and courses in order to acquire discipline-specific skills and knowledge.
• Undertake orientation and familiarization programs in order to understand company procedures, systems, and methodologies.

Project Execution

• Assist in offshore and onshore project activities and perform assigned tasks of increasing complexity in order to build operational capability.
• Support senior engineers in executing complex assignments in order to understand construction methodologies and operational practices.
• Participate in meetings, mobilizations, and site briefings as directed in order to develop awareness of project execution processes.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies, Code of Conduct, Integrity Policy, and HSE standards in order to maintain safe working practices.
