IT Support

Role Overview

IT Support position at JASARA PMC, located in Riyadh.

Role Purpose

Deliver first-line technical support to end users, maintaining IT infrastructure stability and ensuring smooth onboarding and operational continuity across hardware, software, and connectivity systems.

Key Responsibilities

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide first-line support for basic hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot common issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, email, and network connectivity.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.

Device & Infrastructure Management

• Assist with installation and configuration of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Support meeting rooms and video conferencing setups.
• Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation.

Onboarding & Access

• Support onboarding by preparing devices, accounts, and access permissions.

Service Management & Compliance

• Log and track IT service desk tickets, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Follow IT policies, cybersecurity guidelines, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience (Fresh Graduate).

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
