Role Overview

IPO Senior Specialist (Temporary) at ADIB, located in Abu Dhabi, Al Bateen Building. Reports directly to the Shareholders Services Lead Specialist.

Role Purpose

Deliver responsive support for IPO-related inquiries from customers and internal branches, while maintaining accurate data entry and timely system processing.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Answer incoming calls regarding IPO inquiries.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to callers.

Branch Support

• Provide branches with support in answering queries regarding IPO.

Data Entry

• Enter information into the system in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure the highest degree of data entry accuracy.
