Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Identify and engage investors on Dubai real estate opportunities.
• Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable property solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across European markets.
• Conduct consultations, property presentations, and investment discussions.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to transaction completion.
• Represent Luxarabia professionally while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Business Development

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Market & Knowledge Management

• Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory updates.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience

• European nationality or experience working with European clientele.
