Role Purpose
As an Investment Advisor, you will report to the Team Head of investment advisory, managing the team, handling internal requirements, and assuming full responsibility for investment advice while liaising with key clients and Relationship Managers directly.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth
- Drive investment growth and revenue by supporting Relationship Managers in increasing Assets under Management and generating investment-related income.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across client portfolios.
Investment Advisory & Solutions
- Provide specialist investment advice and deliver complex investment solutions across multiple asset classes for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Develop tactical and operational investment solutions grounded in solid investment theory.
Account & Portfolio Management
- Manage client investment accounts by preparing CIP/IPS documents.
- Monitor investment profiles and ensure trades are properly executed and recorded.
- Conduct performance reviews and portfolio analysis by reviewing asset allocation, suitability, and positions.
- Recommend investment switches or new ideas based on portfolio analysis.
Client Engagement
- Strengthen client engagement by acting as a senior investment contact.
- Support more frequent, higher-level client interactions.
Team Leadership
- Oversee team performance and development.
- Drive revenue targets and maintain quality standards.
- Track budgets and support continuous team development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of financial experience, including at least 5 years in investment-related roles.
- Preferred experience of 3 or more years in Private Banking with a strong investment focus.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products, services, fees, legal provisions, and delivery processes.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, bond markets, unit trusts, and personal investment services.
- Understanding of securities dealing and forex trade procedures.
- Experience managing a team.
Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in Arabic language.
