Role Purpose

Monitor stock movements, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain efficient inventory control and support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Monitoring & Tracking

• Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements accurately.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.

Inventory Optimization & Analysis

• Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels and reduce waste or excess.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.

Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on stock replenishment and storage.
• Identify and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner.

Compliance & Audit

• Support audit processes and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an inventory controller or in inventory management.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
