Internal Replenishment Team Leader

Role Overview

Internal Replenishment Team Leader at Ninja. The role manages and oversees all replenishment activities within the warehouse, ensuring the continuous and accurate flow of stock from bulk storage to picking locations to support daily operations and maintain high product availability.

Role Purpose

To lead warehouse replenishment operations, ensuring timely and accurate stock flow from bulk storage to picking locations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse efficiency through team supervision and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead and supervise the warehouse replenishment team during daily operations.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.

Replenishment Operations

• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment from bulk storage to picking locations.
• Monitor pick-face stock levels and maintain availability targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).

Reporting & Analysis

• Review replenishment reports and resolve shortages or location discrepancies.
• Prepare daily KPI and operational reports for management.

Coordination & Workflow

• Coordinate with receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch teams to ensure workflow efficiency.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Optimize storage usage and improve replenishment processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of warehouse operations experience (Retail or FMCG preferred).
• Previous experience in replenishment, inventory, or logistics.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of WMS and RF scanners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
