Role Overview

Intern position at Emirates Flight Catering. The role focuses on content creation and multimedia production supporting internal communications and employee engagement.

Role Purpose

Plan, film, edit and deliver professional-quality video and photography content for internal communications, campaigns, events and employee engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

• Plan, film and edit professional employee-facing videos.
• Develop creative video concepts, shot lists and storyboards.
• Film interviews, operational footage, events and employee stories.
• Capture high-quality photography for internal communications, campaigns and events.

Post-Production & Editing

• Edit videos with strong pacing, captions, graphics, music and transitions.
• Select, edit and prepare photography for use across internal communication channels.

Quality & Standards

• Ensure all content follows company brand and visual standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable content.
• Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Film, Media, Photography, Digital Content, Communications or a related field.
• Portfolio or examples of previous video and photography work preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong video filming, photography and editing skills.
• Experience using professional cameras and video equipment.
• Proficiency in relevant video and photo editing software.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling and visual quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident working with employees and stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, eager to learn and open to feedback.
