Role Purpose

To conduct thorough and systematic inspections of mechanical systems on building projects, verify compliance with approved drawings and regulations, document findings, and collaborate with project teams to maintain quality standards and construction schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Inspections & Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough and systematic inspections of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical mechanical components, and related installations.
• Verify compliance of all mechanical work with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes and regulations.

Documentation & Reporting

• Document inspection findings and prepare comprehensive reports for project stakeholders.

Collaboration & Problem Resolution

• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues while maintaining construction schedules.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience conducting mechanical inspections on commercial or large-scale building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, building codes, and construction standards applicable to UAE regulations.
