Role Purpose

Ensure that electrical installations on building construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Inspections

• Conduct comprehensive electrical inspections at all stages of building construction, including rough-in, trim-out, and final inspections.
• Inspect electrical systems, components, and installations including wiring, panels, circuits, grounding systems, and safety devices.
• Test electrical systems using appropriate diagnostic tools.

Compliance & Standards

• Verify compliance with UAE electrical codes, international standards (IEC), and project-specific requirements.

Documentation & Deficiency Management

• Document findings in detailed inspection reports.
• Identify non-conformities and work with project teams to resolve deficiencies promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as an electrical inspector or similar role in building construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes and international electrical standards (IEC).
