Role Overview
Inspector - Civil at AtkinsRéalis. This position supports bridge and road projects, monitoring contractor compliance with specifications and providing daily management reporting.

Role Purpose
Monitor and inspect all road and bridge works in progress to ensure contractor compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, and site instructions. Deliver daily reporting to management and act as the primary quality control point on site, balancing independent judgment with collaborative teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Compliance
- Carry out inspection on all road and bridges works in progress.
- Ensure contractor compliance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings.
- Inspect, check, and record that work is being executed in accordance with approved methodologies.
Site Monitoring
- Check that site instructions are being followed.
- Check services locations and ensure their protection.
- Monitor contractor progress in all road activities.
Reporting
- Report daily to line management on contractor progress.
- Report findings to the Resident Engineer.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in bridge and road inspection or related civil works.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills; English essential.

- Strong technical knowledge of civil inspection standards and methodologies.
