Role Purpose

Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all civil and finishing construction works on site.

Key Responsibilities

Inspections & Compliance

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of civil and finishing works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation and inspection records to track project progress and compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.

Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.

Deficiency Management

• Identify and report deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and verify timely resolution to maintain project integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in civil inspection and finishing works quality assurance on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent organizational skills with ability to maintain accurate documentation and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
