Role Purpose

To conduct field inspections, maintain quality records, monitor adherence to building codes and specifications, and support project handovers and commissioning to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards throughout construction and finishing phases.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Inspection & Monitoring

• Conduct daily field inspections and maintain comprehensive inspection records
• Monitor adherence to quality standards, performance specifications, and applicable building codes
• Track and report on quality assurance progress throughout project phases

Project Delivery & Documentation

• Participate in punch list activities, testing procedures, and commissioning processes
• Contribute to documentation for area handovers and equipment turnovers

Team Support

• Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Mandatory experience in building finishing and inspection procedures
• Valid documentation and eligibility to work in the UAE

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work effectively under general supervision while exercising sound judgment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality compliance
