Role Overview

Role Purpose

Work with the founders to enable the software development required to build a world-class trading system. This involves cloud setup optimization, automated deployment, and resource cluster management.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Architecture

• Design network architecture
• Optimize cloud infrastructure
• Manage microservices orchestration

Deployment & Operations

• Automate software deployment
• Establish trade monitoring infrastructure

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a relevant quantitative area
• Minimum 5 years of experience with large-scale infrastructure management
• Track record of strong results in a proprietary trading company (good-to-have)

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent skills and strong experience in computer networks
• Proficiency in cloud computing
• Python script automation
• Demonstrable interest in trading and finance (good-to-have)
• Humility, curiosity, dedication, and perseverance
• Proficiency in English
