Role Purpose

Provide first-level IT support to guests and team members while assisting the IT operations team with daily tasks, monitoring systems, and maintaining accurate records and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide first-level IT support to guests and team members.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Escalate and follow up on support requests when required.

Operations & Monitoring

• Assist with daily IT operational tasks and standard checklists.
• Monitor and verify daily backup processes.
• Maintain an up-to-date IT hardware and software inventory.

Administration & Documentation

• Support the IT team with administrative duties and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of IT activities and support tickets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6 to 12 months commitment required.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and IT concepts.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
