ICAPS OPERATOR

Role Overview

ICAPS Operator at NMDC Group. This role ensures the CMS database is properly populated according to project engineering data and administers the flow of information between the site and the commissioning team.

Role Purpose

Maintain accurate CMS database records aligned with project engineering documentation and facilitate seamless information flow between site operations and the commissioning team across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Database Management

• Populate the CMS database after collecting information from engineering, demonstrating clear knowledge of work nature and proper identification of required electronic documents.
• Ensure the CMS database is properly populated in accordance with project engineering data.

System Demarcation & Preparation

• Apply the System/Subsystem approach for pre-commissioning and commissioning preparation with proper demarcation of system/subsystem limit boundaries.
• Maintain regular updates to system and subsystem boundaries throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation & Distribution

• Compile the latest information for distribution to responsible engineers for inclusion into respective dossiers.
• Demonstrate familiarity with the formats of check and test sheets and handover dossiers.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

• Interact with all discipline and team members, demonstrating clear communication ability and ensuring proper integration of activities.
• Interface with Client personnel by maintaining good levels of satisfaction and cooperation with all Client team members.

Reporting

• Provide reports to the Project Commissioning Manager as per project requirements, demonstrating adequate and updated reporting skills with good presentation standards.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Ensure full compliance in accordance with HSE standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
