HVAC/CRAC/ICWS Lead at Intrepid Global Solutions. This position is based in a deployed location, with 100% travel required.

Role Purpose
Supervise and manage HVAC, CRAC, and ICWS facility systems and equipment in a fast-paced deployed environment. Troubleshoot and restore operations, schedule preventive maintenance, conduct daily field inspections, and assist craftsmen in assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Systems Management
- Operate and maintain detailed working knowledge of facility systems operations, chillers, air conditioning, ventilation, and structural repairs.
- Supervise and restore operations of facility systems and equipment.
- Schedule preventive maintenance assignments and work orders.
Field Oversight
- Conduct daily supervisory field inspections.
- Assist craftsmen in assigned duties.
Stakeholder Management
- Provide good customer relation skills to effectively assist company and customer representatives.
- Cooperate and support IAP policies.
Operational Requirements
- Respond to after-hour calls and work requirements.
- Operate company vehicles in a safe manner and maintain a valid current driver's license if assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems.
- Specific experience with Computer Room Air Conditioning Systems (CRAC) and Industrial Chilled Water Systems (ICWS).
- Journeyman HVAC certification with CFC Universal License/Certification.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Room Air Conditioning Systems (CRAC).

Additional Information
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Valid U.S. Passport preferred.
- Must meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements as outlined in USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN to USCENTCOM Individual and Individual-Unit Deployment Policy.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather, and hazardous conditions.
- Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Travel: 100% in deployed location.
