Role Overview
Human Resources Specialist at Galadari Brothers, Heavy Equipment Division. The position is based in Dubai and supports operations across the United Arab Emirates, KSA, and Qatar.

Role Purpose
Support day-to-day people operations across multiple business units in a generalist capacity, managing recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and workforce planning while partnering closely with managers and senior leadership to build and retain talent in line with organizational and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and support roles.
- Lead volume recruitment across multiple business units with diverse hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Prepare offers, manage salary negotiations, and ensure compensation aligns with internal grading and market benchmarks.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment budgets, diversity targets, and labor law compliance.
Onboarding & Employee Administration
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Support monthly payroll inputs and HR administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, employee files, and compliance documentation.
Performance & Workforce Planning
- Assist department managers with performance management and goal setting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning and nationalization goals in UAE and KSA.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience in a generalist capacity.
- Sound knowledge of United Arab Emirates, KSA, and Qatar labor law.
- Proven experience recruiting across the GCC.
- Experience in heavy equipment, construction, automotive, industrial, or similar technical sector strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Proactive, reliable, and confident working with managers and employees.
