Human Resources Business Partner at RTX, located at ADGM Tower 3, Al Maqam Tower, Global Market Square Tower 3, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is an onsite position.

Role Purpose
The HRBP will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives across multiple programs, support business reporting and executive-level briefings, and coordinate key activities and engagements across locations within a complex and multicultural defense sector environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Alignment
- Partner with leaders to align and execute people strategies with business objectives.
- Translate business priorities into practical HR strategies and solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the business to proactively identify workforce challenges and opportunities.
Organizational Development
- Embed RTX values into people and business processes to strengthen talent development and employee engagement.
- Advise managers on organizational structure, roles, reporting lines, spans of control, and job leveling.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
Workforce Planning & Talent Management
- Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning and talent mobility to meet current and future business needs.
- Support leaders in building high-performing teams through effective collaboration, team dynamics, and employee engagement.
Advisory & Insights
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and employees.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 years of relevant HR experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders, managers, and/or program teams.
- Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations.
- Experience partnering across multiple HR functions to develop and implement integrated HR solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and multicultural environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics/reporting, preferably Workday (preferred).
- Strong understanding of local employment practices and HR requirements within the UAE (preferred).
Additional Information
- Previous experience within the aerospace, defense, engineering, or technology industry is preferred.
- Experience working in a matrixed or multinational organization is preferred.
- Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple countries or locations is preferred.
- Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, talent development, or organizational design is preferred.
