Role Purpose
Oversee day-to-day human resources operations within the school, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while delivering efficient HR services to employees. Manage employee lifecycle processes, supervise HR administrative functions, and support the school's mission by maintaining high standards of HR operations and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Supervise HR administrative functions across the school.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Deliver efficient HR services to employees.
Payroll & Attendance
- Administer payroll processes.
- Manage attendance systems and records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Previous experience in the education or school sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic is an advantage.
