HR Operation Coordinator

Role Overview

HR Operations Coordinator at Waad Education, supporting daily HR operations for a Primary School campus.

Role Purpose

Provide proactive HR administrative support to employees and school leadership, managing employee lifecycle activities, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Support & Inquiry Management

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and school leadership.
• Prepare HR letters, employment certificates, and other employee documents.
• Assist in resolving routine employee relations matters and escalate issues when necessary.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Attendance & Leave Management

• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and timesheet verification.
• Support payroll by ensuring timely submission of attendance and HR changes.

Employee Lifecycle & Compliance

• Monitor contract renewals, probation periods, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations.

Employee Engagement

• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events at the school.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or Human Resources.
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
